Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or Instagram and include your order number along with your request. Return and exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In both cases, kindly ensure that all items are:

  • In their original condition (unused and clean)
  • With tags attached
  • Placed in their original poly bags (each item in a separate poly bag to avoid mix-ups or damage)

Exchange Process

Exchanges are done on-door within 2–3 business days, similar to the delivery process.
The courier will deliver the new item and collect the item you wish to exchange at the same time.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable. However, exchanges are accepted within the specified exchange period.

Return Process

Once your return request is confirmed, your order will be scheduled for pickup on the next day.

After the items are received at our warehouse, your refund will be issued via instapay within 3–4 business days, provided the items meet our return conditions.

If any items are missing, not in original condition, or not properly packaged, the return will go through an additional quality inspection process, which may extend the refund timeline to up to 5 business days.
